Ordering And Delivery Process 

Ordering and delivery of your Wooden Gates is very straightforward, click on the 'Gate Prices' page and follow the 5 steps. Or alternatively if you need any further information or you wish to pay by cheque please contact us. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation with your details, the items you have ordered and the total value of your transaction.

You will then be invoiced for the deposit. If paying by cheque please make payable to W. G. Installations.  You will also be notified of the lead time.

When your gates are almost ready for dispatch, we will invoice you for the final payment.  Once payment has been received your gates will be delivered direct to your door.

If you have any queries relating to the items delivered to you please contact us within 24 hours. Contact us by e-mail at any time or by phoning us on 01782 786821 or 07950 335429 during our normal working hours. Please leave a message if our answer phone is on. If you choose to e-mail us, we will respond to you within 24 hours, except weekends and Bank Holidays when we will reply the next working day.

 

Delivery Areas

We will deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, at the present time we are unable to deliver to customers in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Scottish Islands. Please note that very occasionally, for customers living in remote rural areas we may need to add a surcharge to cover the costs of additional distribution. We will notify you of any incremental charges within 24 hours of placing your order and discuss the options available to you in greater detail.

 

Delivery Promise

Our aim is to deliver our wooden gates to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Because of the nature of products we sell, some items are literally made to order! We deliver most orders within 28 days. Please allow a little longer for some of our larger wooden gates.

 

We agree to use all reasonable efforts to deliver your items on a delivery date agreed with you in advance. However, the final delivery process can be made by third party suppliers/carriers and therefore certain aspects of your delivery may be beyond our total control. It is therefore essential that all the information you provide to us relating to your order is totally accurate, particularly the delivery address, postcode and contact details.
